Parents Registering a Child

The easiest way to register is through the Pitchero Club app - https://help.pitchero.com/knowledge/club-app/getting-started

However if using a web browser please see the below instructions, we recommend reviewing the instructions below if using the app as well, to ensure all data is collected correctly. Don’t worry we will be here to help if you need anything.

This is a step by step guide on how to register as parent of a junior at Hampstead Rugby Club RFC on Pitchero.

Register yourself as a parent

1. Visit www.hampsteadrugbyclub.co.uk, click "Join" at the top right.

2. Register yourself as a parent FIRST(don't worry if you've already put in a child - you can link yourself to them later)

3. You must tick to accept the top 2 boxes that appear for registering yourself

4. Click "Next" when you've ticked the boxes you want.

5. Select "Parent" as the role you want in the club and click "Next step".

Add a child

6. If you've already registered the child their name should appear just below and you click on this.

7. If you haven't registered them yet, click where it says "Click here if your child is not on the list".

8. Select a team for your child and click "Add"

9. Now add any other children or (when all children are entered) click "Next step"

Update all your details

10. Visit "Your Account" and complete your membership info - you MUST complete all the required fields (titles in red). Click SAVE when you've finished.

Awaiting Approval

11. In "Your Account" you will see that your role as parent of the child(ren) you've entered is "Pending" - i.e. awaiting approval from the club.

Approved. Now complete your child's information

12. Once verified, login and go to "Your Account". You will now see that there is a message notification along the top row. Click on "Messages".

13. You should now see a "Great News - you've been accepted as parent of child xxxx" and a request to check the child's info.

14. Click on "View Information" and complete the info on behalf of your child. Again the fields whose names are in red MUST be completed. Don't forget to click SAVE when you've finished.
